Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a new challenge with a leading Real Estate firm? Our client, a multi-billion-pound Real Estate investment company based in Central London are on the hunt for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their settled team to back fill a recent promotion.

The Role:
 
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable, supporting a settled team of 3 and reporting into the Transactional Finance Manager.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Posting bank reconciliations
• Weekly payment runs
• Intercompany invoices and recharges
• Management of the employee expenses claims
• Data entry across both sales and purchase ledger on SAP
• Management of the aged debtor and creditor reports
• Any adhoc tasks required to support the team in its duties

 
 The Ideal Candidate:

• 4 years’ experience within a similar Accounts Assistant position
• End-to-end Accounts Payable experience
• Confident and personable communicator who is comfortable building relationships internally.

 
What they Offer:

• £35,000 - £40,000
