We became a certified B Corporation® in 2022 because we wanted to build a recruitment agency that prioritises more than just profit. Being a B Corp means we’re legally committed to high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. But for us, it’s not just a certification, it’s a way of doing business.
Giving Back to Our Community
- Charity Commitment – Every year, we donate 2% of our Net Fee Income (NFI) to a local charity.
- Shaping the Future of Finance – We launched an exclusive interview series, spotlighting incredible female finance leaders in our network. Their stories, insights, and career journeys inspire the next generation to break barriers and lead with confidence.
Sustainability at Our Core
- Impact Initiatives – We’ve helped plant more than 2,500 trees across the world, supported more than 20 ESG projects, and avoided 53 tCO2.
- Candidate Referral Programme – We’ve moved away from traditional referrals, stepping up our environmental impact by planting 20 trees for every successful referral. To make it even better, we’ve added a referral bonus on top.
